Perfect tool for A/C repair. I used mine when the start capacitor went out on the outside home unit.Measures caps for: OPEN & SHORT, also will tell you the capacitor value if it's good.

This works great, The wires have magnets on them so it is convenient. The only problem I have with it is the push button on the front. Even with it in a protective pouch it comes on and kills the battery when its in my tool bag. Stuff hits the button and it keeps turning on and using up batteries. Aaac Service heating and air recommend this tester. Put it in a better place than I do.
