Plumber said Kohler have better build (in general, more metal parts), so I found this one that has a high (ish) spout and would fit in the limited area we have at the back of the sink that has a raised bar behind it. The plumber put it in, but he didn't seem to have any problems with the parts provided. It has a nice flow and the spray button works well. We didn't use the soap dispenser (no second hole on our sink), but it did seem kind of flimsy. I like that you can swing it from side to side. I don't like that there are some positions it won't stay in; it has kind of a preferred area where it will swing back to. I haven't looked to see if there is part of the hose that is a little too tight or something.
