Review: A bit of an annoying side effect but these tablets do work! - I am a 60 y/o menopausal female and am currently taking bioidentical progesterone, estradiol and estriol cream daily, along with a weekly bit of DHEA cream (all creams are OTC ). A month ago I decided to give these a try just to see how much micronized progesterone is really in it in comparison to the cream but only 2 a day instead of the recommended dose. I've stopped having periods when I was around 45 due to Hashimoto's affecting my female hormones. Well, 2 weeks ago I had several days of moodiness and some anxiety, similar to PMS and shortly thereafter I had some breakthrough bleeding once, then 5 days ago I had the same experience and for the past 2 days now have been having episodes of light bleeding on and off. I'm hoping my review helps those younger women of childbearing age who are trying to conceive. On the plus side I do feel great with a bit more energy than I had before taking. My concern is if I should do a regimen of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off and if I should continue to use the progesterone cream along with it (I use 20mg). I am currently using 3 weeks on with a 1 week break (same for the estradiol and estriol) I'm having no issues and my uterus is intact. Any feedback would be so appreciated ;)

**Q: How long does this take to work?**
A: I noticed a slight difference in 3 days. (1 in AM & 1 in PM). One week and I was a new person (or my old self!).

**Q: How much progesterone is included in two tablets. The proprietary blend shows 5 other ingredients at 1400mgs, none of which show a specific mg each?**
A: I came here to try to get an answer. 
However(that said).
I feel there has to be enough to upscale the female bodies progesterone,  similar to the cream,  as both take a few days to start to relieve menopausal symptoms like night. This is my female partner of 18 years, whom told me this. (I've bought her both, and she has tried both from Week without standpoint,  and each do the same. However she does take 3 two times per day. So maybe it only has 10mg per dose?
With her 20mg cream she only needs one pump.

**Q: Is this just for menopausal women?**
A: No, do a little research, it is good for different issues. Not just for women.

**Q: Is the folic acid synthetic? We have mthfr gene and synthetic folic acid is bad for us.**
A: Probably.  If it was the proper folate for those with the MTHFR mutation, is would be labeled as “Folate” or “Metafolin.”
