This is a tin of 400g of chickpeas in water.They are very easy to use, just drain and add to a sauce, then let them simmer for 5 minutes or more. The longer you simmer the more easily they break apart.I used them in a chili and burrito mix. They are great for thickening a sauce without turning dry. There's not much flavour a slight nuttyness and sweetness if anything.They are very good value and packed with extra nutrition. So great if trying to. Ook for little ones and sneak in extra goodness.Good quality and value. Recommended. Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it useful
