Very nice and informative cook book! Nice photography, and very good information on Korea with background information.  Great Korean recipes.  My Wife really loves this book, and she is originally from Korea.  I highly recommend.

This is a great book if you want to get started in Korean Cuisine, and also if you want to get in depth about some dishes as well. The book is very well organized with appetizing pictures that make you want to cook them and it is written in a very easy to understand language! I personally started with the Kimchi recipe and it was amazing! I can't wait to cook more from this book!
