I am simply too short so the high waist is extra high which I don't care for with the thicker waistband. The waist is small compared to the hips and that is great for curvier girls like myself. The fabric is mid weight and very breathable and comfortable. The quality seems good, they had some stretch, but not sloppy and the color was accurate. The price is very reasonable. I really wanted to love these. The shorts are great, but just not best for my build.
