And don't even think of taking a shower or washing your hands. The splint will slide off your finger as soon as you get any soap on it. I'm making do by wrapping my finger with first aid tape on top of the splint while waiting for an alternative splint to arrive. Then it goes into the trash can. Not recommended. ### ⭐⭐ Nice consept soft *by E***G on July 11, 2025* Won't stay on. It's soft but it's also way too long so when I bend my finger it shifts. Also band is too wide so tried cutting it in half and using different types of tape ( like water proof as well as bandaids. Nothing worked. Constantly retaping and adjusting it. Just gave up and stopped using after 2 days ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works very well for hammer finger but... *by A***N on August 16, 2022* Keeps hammer finger in correct position, but forget about making it stay on. It just won't. You will need body tape or maybe some finger sleeves around the finger and splint to help keep it on. Also the pad is glued on with water soluble glue. If the pad gets wet it will separate. Even if the pad does comes off, it is no real big deal as the pad will stay on as long as the whole thing is secured with tape around the finger which has to happen anyway.
