The first one I ordered I had to send back because it looked like it was about two years old. When I got the replacement in one of the zippers on the main pouch broke within two days. The owner/designer is in a wheelchair himself and knows what he's talking about! I bought this a week ago and am very happy with it. I was tired of wearing a lap bag that got in my way when I needed to lean forward. This fits my tilite chair and i use it for my wallet, glasses etc. Its well thought out so when you pull it out and set it on your lap the zipper is correctly oriented to open it. When you flip the top of the pouch up there is a handy pouch for putting pills or other so mall essentials in.
