My five year old son was playing with this toy at school and quickly chewed the cap off. It was filled with small metal pellets (the size of grains of sand)!!! Seriously, who puts thousands of metal pellets inside of a children's sensory toy?!? Unfortunately despite the best efforts of his school staff, he ingested several of them and the metal pellets are attracted to magnets. After a scary ER visit complete with x-rays, we are now currently working with Poison Control & SaferProducts.gov to try and deal with our situation!
