It runs the camera a really long time but I haven't timed it to see if it really meets its specification. I love the battery, I've had it about a month, and I'm glad I bought it.Unfortunately no battery will run the camera for 24 hours or for long enough to fill the largest memory cards (currently 128 GB). And the real problem isn't with the battery but with the charger. I have yet to find a charger that will fill the battery in less than about 6 hours. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleased! *by R***A on Reviewed in the United States on June 15, 2014* I have a low-end Everio Camcorder (GZ-E10). OEM battery lasts about 50 minutes. The battery status indicator in the camcorder says this VG-138U will last 350 minutes! I used it for about 30 minutes (with lots of zoom), and it showed 310 minutes left on the indicator. I have not tried to see how long it will last, but I am pleased so far. Only negative is that the battery is a little heavier compared to the OEM battery, but the balance is still ok when handheld. I bought the Kapaxen charger with this battery because I didn't know if my JVC OEM wall charger would work.
