But we lay our flat and it locks into that position. **Q: Can the head rest be tilted up completely? 90 degree angle, I need a shorter length it might work if headrest tilted at 90 degrees!** A: This cot did NOT tilt 90 degrees. **Q: Does it come with mattress?** A: The two I purchased did not. However, they have color options and mattress options available. Look at the color choice section. You can also get cot mattresses just about any where on line. **Q: Does anyone know of a camping cot like this for old people who can't get up from 11 inches good?** A: I would be careful I’ve had it collapse before with people trying to get on or off it.
