Heating Time: While the grill takes a bit of time to heat up, which is expected for an electric model, it's not a significant inconvenience. I have just adjusted how early I go out to start preheating the grill and just take into account the longer heat-up time. Once it's up to temperature, it cooks effectively. Size and Assembly: The size of the grill is ideal, especially for those with limited space. It's compact yet provides ample cooking area. The assembly process was straightforward and hassle-free, which was a big plus. Usage and Cooking Experience: I use this grill very often, and it consistently delivers great results. The food cooks evenly, and the grill maintains its temperature well during the cooking process. I have not had any issues so far. Cleaning and Maintenance: Although finding the right cleaning brush for the grill rack has been a challenge and I really have not found a great one that fits well to its grate, the cleaning process isn't too cumbersome. Review: Charbroil customer service is not very good ! - I purchased the Charbroil Edge Electric Grill in April of 2023. Within a year and a half the heating element failed. I have been calling Charbroil since then trying to purchase a new heating element. Each time I call I am told they are not in stock and have no idea when they will be. When I ask if the grill is still being manufactured, they say yes. This means they have heating elements. Would I recommend the Charbroil Electric Grill, absolutely not. I paid over $600.00 for the grill and will probably put it out in the trash very soon.

A: It depends where “winter” is for you.  I’m in Wisconsin and have used it.  It does take longer to heat fully (probably 20 mins to 450 degrees).  Vs summertime when it may only take 10-15 mins.

I purchased the Charbroil Edge Electric Grill in April of 2023. Within a year and a half the heating element failed. I have been calling Charbroil since then trying to purchase a new heating element. Each time I call I am told they are not in stock and have no idea when they will be. When I ask if the grill is still being manufactured, they say yes. This means they have heating elements. Would I recommend the Charbroil Electric Grill, absolutely not. I paid over $600.00 for the grill and will probably put it out in the trash very soon.

Fairly easy to put together. Accurate temp. Grill is easy to clean, remove and clean in sink with soapy water and nonabrasive pad. Does a very good job on grilling. Enjoy the keep warm area to the right of the grill. Very happy with the purchase. Did not break the bank like some other full size electric grills. Great for our smaller porch area.
