I would say you have 2 options when choosing sizing, if you order true to size it will fit you in the bodysuit underneath but it will be slightly loose in the dress which is forgiving if you want to hide a bit of a tummy, love handles, or something like that. If you want the dress area to be more form fitting to show off your curves I would say order a size down. It'll still fit you in the bodysuit (though be ready for it to be pretty snug when youre putting it on... once its fully on its stretchy and comfortable). I prefer the size down option, its super flattering and comfortable but the true to size option is good for days I'm feeling bloaty.
