Product came without any paper work what so ever. But I gave 5 stars mostly for a couple if reasons, 1. finally a sharpener that works, first time I have been able to get a blade sharp enough to slice through a piece of paper, after trying all sorts of sure fire sharpeners that just never got the the job done.
