**Q: WHAT are the dimensions for this**
A: From the metal bracket or flange, to the bottom of the pulley wheel is exactly 1 1/2 inches. The footprint of the bracket is 3/4 by 1 3/4 inches.

**Q: Are these locking pulleys?**
A: No, they are not. They are idling pulleys used instead of eye screws. These pulleys help prevent the cords on a Roman shade from fraying.

**Q: what is the vertical length from the top where it is screwed into the board and the bottom?**
A: If you are looking for the distance it hangs down from the window frame to the bottom of the pulley wheel, it is exactly 1.5 inches. (I'm trying to upload a photo with no success).

**Q: How does the pulley get attached to the header board?  Does the pulley hang down from the header board or does it hang sideways from the attachment.**
A: The pulley is attached to the header board with two screws (not included).  The plastic pulley will move out of the way so you can reach the holes for the screws.  It is useful to pre-drill the holes before hanging the header boarder, especially if the header board is covered with fabric.  These pulleys are an improvement over the screw-in eyes I've used previously, much less friction on the lift cords should cause less wear.
