Thanks.** A: Hi Tom, Abu Garcia is a reputable brand and their products must be of a decent standard to carry the name. I did a fair amount of research before making the purchase because I would usually expect to pay more for a rod/reel combo that meets my expectations. Unfortunately, the rod arrived with the end guide missing which is still in the process of being resolved. As such, I have not been able to use it, frustrating! Despite the product being faulty, if it has to be returned for a refund I would definitely source another ‘black ops’ exactly the same. I think I’ve just been unlucky with this experience. **Q: How does this arrive in the post?
