My wife eats this many times for "breakfast", since it is not real it doesn't have a lot of sugar but is somewhat sweet. It also doesn't have a lot of sat. fat. This packaging is not a real economical way to purchase it, but is handy to carry with you on a trip. Amazon used to have the larger 12oz +/-, but discontinued it. I guess it didn't sell well over the e-net. Since each bag is 92 calories, I usually eat two bags. I have tried almost every kettlecorn that's available at grocery stores (dozens) and this is by far, no question, the most delicious version of kettlecorn-perfect version of sweet, salty and crunchy. And it kind of melts in your mouth.
