It’s a great option for improving endurance and recovery. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great supplement and the first that really helped my blood pressure *by C***D on September 4, 2014* I am not a believer of supplements changing your life but this one worked for me. My doctor wanted me on BP meds which just ripped my body apart and left me with symptoms that were awful. I had slightly high diastolic which was debatable if I should be on meds or not. After taking these my BP came down after about 4 days from 130/90 to 120/80 and then later 115/78. Then it self regulated there. After my next blood test two months later my blood sugar was down, triglycerides down, cholesterol down. I have no idea if this did all that but my test was pretty isolated as my diet and exercise levels stayed the same. It did make my GERD very bad so I switched off this to their citrulline product and that has the same BP effect without the GERD issues.
