The one missing star is because as I was squeezing, a hole literally blew through the tube at the part where the tip is connected to the tube. I was able to kind of hold it together as I finished frosting the cookies. I didn’t mark it any lower because the icing was surprisingly delicious!! The blowout was probably a fluke with this particular tube.
