I saw this before while looking for another style of notebook (isometric graph paper) and kept an eye on it, but finally felt it was a wise investment. This stayed and became my first choice for the variety of frames offered. It's good for the price, though the paper is thin and you will be able to see through to the other side. I'd recommend just using pencil on it honestly, but even so still not a bad thing if you treat it like what it is, a budget sketchbook. Though this way of doing things might be like putting the cart before the horse with image coming before story technically, which isn't industry standard as far as I am aware. This is still a fun way to play with your timing/pacing/dialogue of any given one shot/page/etc. you might just want to doodle. It's helping me see where I can improve and what I can do differently already and have taken to it faster than most other sketchbooks I have owned (and I have owned a lot) Form and function are perfect and the size is just right and fits in my ginormous purse. Also I didn't realize how the frames would fill the page, they we're "smaller" than anticipated, but it wasn't a disappointment in my book at all.
