I've used it for years and it's kept my jack russel from needing her teeth cleaned for over 7 years. We got busy over the last few years and didn't use it and when she needed surgery we had to get her teeth cleaned. It really does make a difference. It is easy to use. This is a dog whom several vets want to drug or knock her out just to give her an exam. The others need her muzzled and one of us holding her down. When I say easy to use I mean it. One person can just open her mouth put the recommended amount on her tongue smear a couple of teeth and let go. She likes the salmon flavor best.
