A: If it's a 45 ACP magazine then it will be ok.  You can make adjustments to the mag holder so you should be fine.

**Q: What is the distance between the screw holes to attach the clip?**
A: 3/4 center to center

**Q: wil these fit gsg 45 .22lr single stack magazine ?**
A: If it is roughly the same size as a standard 1911 mag it should work just fine. It does have an adjustable screw

**Q: Can they be put horizontal?**
A: No .  Just a slight angle for adjusting cant but not horizontal.
