## Description

desertcart.com: Stonemaier Games: Libertalia: Winds of Galecrest by Paolo Mori | Pirate-Animal Crews Take to the Skies in This Strategy Board Game About Collecting Loot | 1-6 Players, 60 Mins : Toys & Games

Review: Great game!! - First played with a friend at game night, easy to learn and competitively fun. Had plenty more fun when I taught family to play with the purchase.
Review: Love this game... - I really enjoy this game. Works better the more players you have but even with 3 players I enjoy it. A 6 player game is definitely the way to go as the unpredictability in the later rounds allows for more strategy.

## Features

- Goal: In the world of Galecrest, sky pirates set sail on the winds in search of adventure, treasure, and glory. As an admiral, you command a vast and varied crew...but so do your rivals sailing other ships in the pirate fleet.
- Gameplay: Each day the fleet lands on a different island where you’ll send a crew member to collect your share of the loot, hoping they’ll return to boost your growing group of characters.
- For families, solo gamers, and game groups alike: This hand management and set collection strategy game for 1-5 players has a 45-60 minute playing time with only a 5 minute setup time. Libertalia is also very easy to explain and teach. Great game for couples, solo gamers, 2 players, family, and friends making this an excellent gift!
- Beautifully Designed and Illustrated: Designed by Paolo Mori (Ethnos). Illustrated by Lamaro Smith (The Girl Who Made the Stars).
- High Quality Components: Thick, colorful tiles that have a good weight in your hand, fun scoring dials with wheels that turn, and a wonderful insert to easily store and set up the game.
- Thematically Designed Mechanisms: Game actions match the character art and title, like the explorer character searches for maps and the treasurer deals with coins.
- Solo Play: Features an Automa to play against in a 1-player game for a fun solitaire experience. The Automa simulates an opponent for you to compete against, while your game as a player remains the same. On the Automa’s turn, flip a card to see what action it takes.
- Similar Games: If you like Mission: Red Planet, Broom Service, and other hand-management games, we think you will enjoy sneakily managing your crew in Libertalia: Winds of Galecrest!
- New Edition: A completely revised, expanded, and refreshed edition of the classic pirate game that includes all-new art, 40 characters per player, a reputation system to resolve tiebreakers, deluxe loot tokens.
- Published by Stonemaier: Stonemaier is a tabletop game publisher based in St. Louis and distributed worldwide.
