We use this on a daily basis, scanning 100 documents two-sided, drivers license.... for our business. No hiccups. You just put all of them in, the scanner recognizes the sizes, figures out whether it is single sided or two sided and scans come out clean. The software provded is also good. We don't use it because we have a different software more suited to our needs. I have not had a single maintenance issue with it. I would highly recommend this machine.
