Due to a back injury and genetics I’ve had 8 serious Spine surgeries and go every 3 months for painful spinal injections and nerve blockers. I bought this for my husband but I seem to use it most. Great for my shoulders, knees, hip and hands. I love it and it only takes a small amount to apply fully cover. Works most all day or over night. I've bought frankincense before and this price and application is much better. I definitely will keep buying.
