I have used it for several days and find it soothing. Since my skin is very dry, the way I use it is to pump twice into my palm, then add a few drops of oil and blend (it blends in easily) and then apply to my moist-from-the-shower face. It has organic ingredients but it does have a long list of ingredients, longer than I like to see in products. Some seem a little dubious to me but seem to be present in very small quantities.
