Our product inn oval a is a German manufactured soft closing damper for kitchen & bath cabinet doors. Innovala’s damper program is an innovative product that has been sold to the us cabinet and retail industry since 2008. We have sold millions and have been copied many times. We are the exclusive wholesale and retail distributor for the north American market. It’s very simple to install our inn oval a soft close dampers. First you need to make sure that your cabinet hinges are self-closing. In order to find this out, just open your cabinet door a couple of inches and let it go. If your door closes it has self-closing hinges, if it does not close and stays open your cabinet hinges are not self-closing and not one soft close damper in the market will work. Now you need to find the right location to install the damper. Always use the top corner closest to the hinge. Our installation movies and literature will show you the right location depending on the item that you will be using. All our products come with installation hardware; you will only need a screw driver. Install our soft close damper and close the door. Our Kwik fix, corner and pin dampers are adjustable according to your door size and weight as well as to the self-closing strength of your hinge. Try closing the door and see how it works, if you are not satisfied the way it closes, open the door and adjust by turning the black screw when using our Kwik fix damper; when using our pin or corner damper turn the Gray screw or the damper itself from the front. Will the soft close cabinet door hardware attachment work with my cabinets it is important that you check whether or not your cabinets have self-closing hinges before you order the soft close attachment. The soft close attachment will only work if you have self-closing hinges. In order to find out if you have self-closing hinges you need to hold your cabinet door open a couple of inches. If your door closes it has self-closing hinges, if it does not close and stays open your cabinet hinges are not self-closing and our soft close dampers will not work.
