I was concerned about the poor reviews however I saw that the Nootropics Depot guys are active in reddit and that gave me confidence to purchase from them. I am not disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed the benefits of Ashwagandha from this company. It's high quality and I definitely feel more chill, focus, calm, and clear. I also enjoy the extra clarity and energy before workouts. Squats, Bench, Deadlifts, etc, all felt very juicy taking this brand's Ashwaghanda. I also feel more recovered taking Ashwagandha post and pre workouts. Commuting in public transportation can be stressful and usually in those situations, I would be anxious and stresssd out however with this stuff I feel very zen. I simply go through the crowd camly. Things don't worry me as much and I'm more strategically easy going when I navigate through stressors. I do have a question though. When I ordered the 90 count Ashwagandha it had a tamper proof aluminum foil seal in addition to the outside shrink-wrap.
