This matched the width of the one that came off the door. The product was very pliable. You want that so it flexes when installing and when the door closes. I dont think the 3 inch wide versions that are on desertcart will work so well as they will be more troublesome to squeeze in the U shape needed to install it smoothly. This one worked perfectly. It slid right in without any lubricants. To help keep the U shape when sliding it in I used a short 2 foot length of broom handle inserted into the feed end to keep the "T"s square in the aluminum slots with the right U shape. This would not work with the less wide versions. Overall very happy with the fit and smooth installation. The price was also the lowest I found. Will purchase another for the second garage door. Will purchase another for the second garage door. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Fit *by M***E on July 3, 2026* Good quality with easy installation ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ fits mid-90's clopay doors *by W***Y on May 19, 2019* replaced the bottom seal on 3 mid-90's Clopay doors with the double T tracks on them. Some jerk had buried screws into the T-track on the original install to keep the track from moving, had to use a uni-bit or step drill style drill to remove the damage enough to get the original track to slide out, this has no bearing on this manufacturer but made a 5 minute install into 30 as I had to hunt down the necessary equipment. This seal slid right in after removing the burrs and was installed in roughly 5 minutes by 1 person. I installed 2 more for a family member and with their help, it took less than 2 minutes to install the new seal. It does feel a bit flimsy compared to the older material that was in the door, this is accounting for the dry rot and hardening that had occurred; it was/is just a bit thinner than the original material.
