At first I counted strokes to know how far I was into my on-the-spot swim. But who wants to focus on counting strokes when the fun is focusing on technique and drills? I wanted something super-simple to keep track of time for me. I looked at various options (including waterproof watches and exercise trackers) but the SC Sportcount was the "aha!". It does exactly what I want. Super easy to use, inexpensive and effective. Every swim is back to being a fun challenge rather than a counting chore. :)

**Q: The review says there are a couple of models: a lap counter, a stop watch and one that has both. Which on is this. I want a stopwatch.**
A: The one for $29.95 is a lap counter and stop watch. Fully explained at swimoutlet.comMale sure you don't have large fingers, mine barely fits. Hard to read could definitely have a bit larger face.

**Q: What is the battery size/code number?  I don't want to remove the 4 tiny screws until I've got a new one.**

The battery code number for the SportCount Stopwatch is a lithium CR 2016. We also do battery replacements, feel free to mail it into us. If your Stopwatch is past it's one year warranty, please include a check of $16.95 to process the repair.
