A: Thanks for your question!  We've found each tablet has 31 mg of elemental magnesium, so orotic acid is 469 mg.  I hope this helps! -Rebecca B.

**Q: Since several reviewers say these tablets are hard to swallow, can you cut them in half?**
A: For me these pills aren't hard to swallow at all. I would think you could cut them in half if you have trouble swallowing them. They're about the size of a round aspirin but they are double the thickness.
