A few FedEx scuffs on the exterior of the box, but well packed with foam inside and zero damage.Directions were clear, with 3 assembly options. I chose the included legs. Removing the front glass is needed to assemble the glass beads (coals) and artificial wood pieces. Screws are recessed, but accessible with a normal screwdriver.Heat was instant, but can be turned off if you only want the ambiance. Flames look nice and colors are adjustable as advertised. Remote button icons took me a bit to figure out, but only because I stopped reading the directions and just started pushing.No complaints.
