I use this pack mostly for work instead of carrying a brief case, and it fits my 13" laptop perfectly. I suspect that a 15" model would fit although depending on the make it may be pushing the size of the laptop pouch. Any recent Macbook 15" model will be fine though as well as any slim PC ultrabooks. I am a 220lb 6ft athletic build and the any smaller the pack would probably start to look ridiculous.Also the holes on the zippers are actually heart shaped which you can't really tell from the photos. It doesn't bother me in the least bit , but I can see where some guys may have an issue with that. Not sure why they decided to do that on a "unisex" pack but whatever.As far as quality goes, the pack meets my expectations at the price point. I wasn't expecting something super premium, I suspect that it will hold up just fine with daily use for a year or two. Although possible, if you are an avid outdoor person who is looking for a pack to go day hiking, I would NOT suggest this pack as it is not even close to being rugged enough.The only issue I have with quality is the straps, for one they are not long enough, if I put on any more shoulder muscle I don't think it will fit around my arm even full length. Also, I had to tight knots in the straps right below the buckle because the straps already started to slip through and I almost dropped my laptop on the ground. Having to tie a small knot on each side only shortened the length even more.Overall it is a good buy a the price point ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good backpack for the price but you get what you pay for *by S***. on Reviewed in the United States on October 21, 2017* I use it 5 days a week for work (walking about 1.5 mi/day) and have it relatively full (notebooks, laptop, ipad, and a light jacket) and although the bag is only 5 months old, I can see some of the strap threads starting to pull. I'm thinking for the amount of wear/tear I put on a backpack, I should have gone with something of a little higher quality.That being said, I think this would probably be a great cheap bag for anyone using it for occasional uses or someone who doesn't carry a lot of heavy stuff with them. ### ⭐ Most dissapointing bag I've ever had. *by N***A on Reviewed in the United States on August 23, 2017* This review will be updated with photos soon. I gave myself a season with this to make sure I could write an honest review, and it's not pretty.1st, the zipper pulls have hearts on them, I don't mind but some might and it's not advertised.2nd, the headphone port is shabbily made rubber over a cross cut of fabric, randomly placed near the top of the bag. there is nowhere for a phone behind it, so you'll need a three or four door cord for it to make sense.3rd, both bags have grommet holes.... in places that make no sense. they don't lead anywhere, they aren't big enough for a micro usb cord to fit through, and they aren't sealed. They are just for looks.4th, it is no where near water resistant. One light rain and the backpack soaked through. The smaller bag was drenched. This was not a strip through the rain but a 30 second run from a bus stop.5th, non of the smaller pockets are big enough to hold a phone, in fact none of the proportions on this are right.
