The product was package well, so I dont believe any of the mirrors broke in shipping. (which I always fear when being shipped fragile parts) Shipping took a bit, but it is the holidays and I also think they were waiting on the return because I accidentally bought the larger ones to begin with. The first package had shipped quickly. I have made three mirrors so far. two good ones and a dud. The dud happened because I was watching the video and the lady said if you didn't have the machine she had you could skip the sticky circle part, so I tried that out but the mirror failed, so I suggest to just always use the sticky circle. The good mirrors came out so cute, so I will be buying again, when I run out of product. I tried by following the instructions then tried a bunch of different ways, with plastic without plastic, with the cushion piece they provide and without. The ring where the mirror goes just doesn't want to clamp onto the other part.
