My money was not wasted and as I change from Milk to SPROUD, I'm delighted I won't be suffering. I'm going to be ordering regularly now & I reccomend this to you. Review: Brilliant, affordable choice for a high protein, low sugar, milk that froths perfectly! - This milk is brilliant and has become my go-to for coffee. It's excellent value for money, foams really well, and I love that it's high in protein, sugar-free, and vegan. The fact that it's long-life is a huge bonus too, as I can keep a few cartons in the cupboard without worrying about them going off. I mainly use it for cappuccinos in my Siemens coffee machine and it performs really well. I've also had it with cereal and it was absolutely fine. The consistency is very similar to Oatly, which I like. One thing to be aware of is that it does separate a little, so it needs a good shake before use. My only real criticism is that if it's left out for too long after opening, it can develop a slightly fishy smell, which isn't particularly pleasant. That said, I suspect that's more down to me leaving it out than an issue with the product itself. Overall, a really good milk alternative that ticks a lot of boxes.
