**Q: Why is there so much shedding from the broom?**
A: As with any product, the quality of the materials used to make a product determines its effectiveness. Obviously the quality of the material used to make these brooms is VERY poor. With each use in my home much of the material in any pile of dirt swept up is material shed from the broom.

**Q: I bought the broom and it’s very dusty. How can I clean the broom before using it? Thank you**
A: Hi, please shake the broom to rid the dust.  I smack the fan part on a flat surface several times.  My suggestion is to do this outside of your home.

**Q: Can you order a black and red broom specifically?**
A: Maybe you can request, send a message to the seller.

**Q: Does the long handle have wood or is made out of wood?  I hate mine because the handle is too heavy as it is wood. I'm looking for just plastic handl**
