I got it for mine because she is 85, there really wasn’t much else that she needed and with her being in the process of feeling like she won’t be around for too much longer I wanted to have the memories of her stay alive. She absolutely loved it and it was the best gift she had gotten. One where she got to interact with and share her memories and stories from when she was little. It provides family recipes, why her parents named her the way they did, how many siblings she had and their birth dates, the big news that she remembers growing up. Most of all, it was something that she could share with her great grand child when we decide to have a family of our own. She will still be a part of our family and seen throughout.
