**Q: Could this fit in a 6qt airfryer?**
A: One n might they are about 10 in Lon’s and almost 5.5 in wide

**Q: Why is it so rough on the inside surface of this cast iron skillet?**
A: I don't think it is any more or less rough than other brands of cast iron I have used in the past.  It worked fine for what I purchased it for which was mini bread pans and once they were seasoned, baking bread in them never stuck to them

**Q: Will a large New York strip fit in these?**
A: Maybe 10-12oz steak would fit closer to 10oz at the most

**Q: how many ounces does this hold?**
A: About 8 oz.  It's quite small, a generous individual serving or 2 small servings.
