The paper is very good quality and it prints well. We also tested it under running water in the sink and it seems to be waterproof. It sticks very well to the plastic tubes. The template comes emailed separately in word or pdf format. We did a little adjusting and were able to use the template in Photoshop (had to adjust a few times to get it lined up correctly for bleed in printing). This is a much better product than using the regular office supply labels. Better price and much better quality. Love the fact that its waterproof!
