I do like it. I can see a reduction in puffiness, not dramatic but I notice it myself. I also purchased a smaller ice roller to pair with this one because some reviewers commented the large roller size was cumbersome around small areas like the eyes. However, the smaller ice roller did not hold the cold well (probably because the amount of gel inside a small roller warms up quickly) and it was squeaky, i.e. cheaply made. This Hansderma roller feels solid, no squeaking. At first it is freezing to the touch, then over the next few minutes with skin contact the surface of the metal roller warms up to a cool temperature. I will set it down and do something else in my morning routine for a few minutes and the metal roller will become cold again. I roll for another minute or so and put it back in the freezer for tomorrow. It is cumbersome around the eyes but I make it work. When I have a professional facial, the ice rollers they use stay freezing cold for a good 6 to 8 minutes. You get what you pay for, and this is high quality!As someone that tends to have a lot of fluid and get a puffy face, I really love the results. I use this twice a day, in the morning and at night. It feels great on the skin! I first heard about ice rollers from The Skinny Confidential, and the blogger has some videos/info on how to use it if you haven't before.
