A: Tough question. If the duvet type is more sleeping bag like I would assume the duvet. However this bag is roomy and your baby would be comfortable in footed pj’s underneath and still be comfy. 
We put baby in a body, pjs and socks at night. Our house temp is 65F at night and she wakes up warm and happy.
