Review: Inaccurate ad, no replacement filters! - The fountain itself is really amazing, but unlike the ad, it comes without the 3 replacement filters. When contacting the merchant, they promised to send the filters but it's been over a month and nothing was sent.
Review: Clean and Easy to use - A Happy Cat - My cat took to this fountain very quickly. He says it's a purrriffic gift for a cat. It's very easy to use. Just fill it up to the minium line and place the top on. Plug it in and the water starts coming out immediately. It's extremely quiet and I can't hear it running. I like that it is stainless steel to keep it easy to clean. It's a nice size so I only need to fill it every other day and I give it a rinse out. The tap design is nice to give it that appearance like a sink tap that my cat oh so LOVES to drink from! But, lucky for Mr. PICKLES he now has his own running tap 24/7! It's a very nice product and I look forward to watching my cat enjoy it for years to come.
