I have no way to measure that other than trust. Hawthorn is a supplement that needs to be taken steadily and the effects usually will show 4-6 weeks down the line. I have not had a liquid supplement in a long time and after using this I know why. I literally counted my drops 💧 to make sure I was taking it as directed. 40 drops per serving, twice a day. Should be enough for one month. I am out as of today and there are still 5 days in my month. So either my drop count is wrong or my brain is lacking. There is no taste when mixing with water so that makes it very easy.I am just more of a tablet taking guy so this product is not for me. I bought a bottle of Hawthorn in pill form and it’s actually the same cost for a bigger supply and it is 3rd party tested as well.All this being said, if you like liquid supplements this is probably a good one for you to try.
