I have not received my batteries yet so i cannot comment on the operation of the chair just yet. Overall the setup process was very easy, basically just attach the folding beauty covers and attach the feet that it stands on when it is folded. Please be aware that if you order your chair with the removable motors/wheels that the retaining pin is threaded and has to be turned a few times before it can be pulled out. I am at the weight limit of the chair and having my wife push me around in it I had no concerns about the stability of it so far. Materials it is made of have a very attractive finish to them and I was pleased to see a nice lathering of grease in all of the appropriate places. The fabric chosen for the seat is nice and breathable making for a comfortable experience and reduces sweaty backs and butts. The rear wheels are nice and pliable rubber that have an excellent "bite" to them making for fantastic traction on all surfaces wet or dry. I do have some concern about the material chosen for the front wheels, they are very hard plastic but not in a good way. More than likely they will not provide good traction and will wear very fast, this is very disappointing considering the price of this chair and the otherwise excellent build quality. It would be nice to see this changed out in a future revision but until then I would suggest replacing these with better tires if you are handy or ask your nearest wheelchair store about ordering better after market tires for the front. The option for dual lipo batteries of this chair is a very compelling selling point and what attracts many of their sales I'm quite sure as this is why i purchased mine. One improvement I would like to see is the ability to charge both batteries at the same time without two separate chargers.
