That's enough for now. I must tell you, I've used at least 6 other brands of probiotics and perhaps I got one or the other of the listed benefits but never all three. I noticed the change about 3 days after starting my one per day regiment. I do remember running out one month and before I knew it, each and every erased symptom had returned. I will never switch probiotics and I will never allow myself to run out again.....ever. I give these a 5 thousand rather than just a 5! I highly recommend..
