The head pokes out so there is some feeling, but since the sheath is covered there is defintiely no overstimulation. It didn't do anything for me, but I gave it five stars because the wife loved it. It's not something I would use all the time, but it is good for a change of pace. It's not for everyone, if your woman has a relatively small vagina it will be a no go. My wife may want me to glue it on permenantly, she really liked it.

### ⭐⭐ Too stiff for your man parts

I had high hopes for this sleeve but it is not elastic enough to fit on me. Maybe if the inner diameter was larger the firmness would be great but it just is too small. I am 5” in circumference and there was no way it would fit. It might work well on one of the hard plastic vibrators.
