It is really hard to get the gel out; is this normal? And is it normal without a seal?** A: Yes, no seal is normal. And I have noticed that one tube didn’t seem to have as much I it as the others. **Q: Do you leave in or wash it out?** A: Leave it in. You will feel it work and as it drys your hair will become soft again.
