Super helpful!!
My PT recommended this after their decompression contraption broke. I figured what the heck and ordered it to relieve some l5 si joint pain. To my surprise it worked!! It’s compact and works so well I would recommend it!

Well built - very durable
Well built but I am not sure it will do much decompression of the spine. I will update the review after the snow is gone and I can get outside more.

I Don't Know...
The first thing I will say about this product is that there is no mechanism for letting you know when it is full to capacity. You can use the pump to your heart's content and it never pushes back (at least in my experience) and excess air, if there is any, isn't overtly going to waste that I can see. Your arms get tired after pumping for two minutes or thereabouts. I required the waist add on unfortunately so it's hard to tell what decompression, if any is happening as you pump up the belt. It feels better for sure, but I think of this thing as a back brace more than anything. I use a Teeter as it is so this thing, for a bulkier human being than I'd like, is more restrictive to me than anything. Maybe this belt is designed for skinnier people, but I wear it for an hour or two at my desk if I start feeling soreness, but I don't love the thing. I don't hate it either, but since I crack my back every morning, ice it, use NeuroMD stim, hang upside down, Chiro every Tuesday and use my old Back 2 Life (you'll have to look that one up) daily if time permits. All of this and I'm still stiff as a board when I hop (he said euphemistically) out of bed in the morning. The bottom line is if you are on the thin side and you need some support this thing will definitely stabilize you. I'm just skeptical on how much actual decompression is involved, but it does help some. Is it worth $50 or whatever I paid? Probably, but it's not a cure all for back pain as is the implication. It's pretty well made for the money as an aside. Just my two cents. Good luck back pain nation.

So far so good!
I ordered this back decompression to help with back pain that comes with standing all day and working with patients. This decompression inflates and provides relief and lumbar support. It feels like this is helping with supporting my back!So far so good!

Did Nothing for Me
The unit itself seems to be made of quality material. It performed as described, as far as inflation goes and what to expect when putting it on. It did nothing to relieve my pain and seemed like a gimmick. It fit as advertised. If it does work for you, then I guess it is good value for the money spent. I have severe back issues and this unit did nothing for me. I felt absolutely no benefit to the so-called decompression that this built supposed to offer. I returned it for a full refund. I hope it works for you. Good luck!

Only if your sore
I tried this product but got no results. Maybe it might work for someone who’s just sore but not for anyone who has deep bone issues. This will go back tomorrow. I’m going to try a few more products from the Co who made the leg-foot massager because it works so well.
