## Description

Tartufi Jimmy was born thanks to Jimmy, the little pig with which Gino, the father of the founder (Giovannino), went to hunt Truffles. At the beginning, the collection was done with this type of animal. Giovannino every morning accompanied his father and the pig Jimmy in the woods and at the end of the day, at the return of them, the amount of Truffle was always so great that in the village of Pietralunga people exclaimed: “Jimmy’s Truffles are delicious!.” Unfortunately the “little” pig died of old age and after several years, when Giovannino started his business he called the company “Tartufi Jimmy”, devoted to trade in fresh truffle, always synonymous of pride and quality. In 1980 he began to develop the project to create a line of products with simple and genuine ingredients in conjunction with the fundamental element that is the truffle with all its special nuances.

I was so happy to find these on Amazon. I had found them in a close out and fell in love with them and immediately searched online. These are a truly luxurious treat for eating alone with a special bottle of wine or with friends, good friends- otherwise they can buy their owe! LOL
