I just got mine a week ago and I have used it once and I'm liking the results. I used tap water since there was no specific instructions as far as what kind of water to use and it works fine. I have long thick coarse hair and it felt lighter after I used the straightener compared to my old one, I didn't even have to add any other hair products such as serum or oil after. It took me less time to do my hair now coz I don't have to pass a section multiple time to get it really straight. It's pretty user friendly too, I think. It didn't really take me long to figure out how it works. ### ⭐ Not worth to try *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2017* Nope, will NOT recommend!!!The steam button is in the inside where is "supposed" to get activated when you press tge flat iron together but it DOESN'T WORK " at all. I even tried pressing really hard which would destroy my hand and wrist after a few times but still didn't work. It only open like 3 inches apart making it super difficult to slide your hair in to use and will make you burn your hand. I need to see how to return this crap.
